    Return and Refund Policy

    Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our 3D printed products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:


    1. Custom Orders

    Since most of our products are 3D printed to order, they are custom-made and therefore non-returnable. Please ensure that your design specifications and order details are correct before placing an order. We encourage customers to communicate clearly with us regarding their design preferences, colours, and dimensions.


    2. Defective or Damaged Products

    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a full refund. To help us process your claim, please provide:

    • A description of the defect or damage.
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.

    We will review your case and ensure that the issue is addressed promptly.


    3. Incorrect Items

    If you receive an incorrect item (such as an incorrect size, design, or color), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional cost. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition.


    4. Returns

    Due to the nature of 3D printed products, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective or non-damaged items. However, if you believe your product is eligible for a return under special circumstances, please contact us, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.


    5. Refunds

    Refunds are available under the following conditions:

    • If your product is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
    • If the wrong item was sent, we will either send the correct item or issue a refund.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.


    6. Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production may have already begun on your custom print.


    7. Customer Responsibility

    It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate order details, including dimensions, design files, and preferences. We will follow the specifications provided, but we cannot accept returns for errors made on the customer's part in their submission or design files.


    8. Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


    9. Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges on 3D printed products, as each item is custom made. If you need a different design, size, or color, you will need to place a new order.
